Step 2: Make a userpage or sandbox.

If you want snowfall insert "snow cm" or "snow inch". "humidity" you just type the number in, same with "precipitation days". In fact all of the possible changes you can make are found here: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Template:Weather_box
