Probably one of the best capital city climates in the world (to me at least). I give it an A, temperatures are excellent, sunshine is great and there is a decent amount of winter snow. It would be A+ if there was more winter rainfall. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tashkent#Climate

C+, winters too chilly and the summers too hot. Nice continental climate tho, and would be an upgrade over New York City. Summers are very low humidity (good) but also very arid (not good). You'd probably get tired of the endless dryness but the time winter rolls around, especially at 35C temperatures. Winters seem too cloudy and drab. Very comfortable and mild shoulder seasons. Mild summer nights are a plus too

Eโ. Sleepless summer nights and sweltering days.

B. Too warm and the precipitation pattern is backward but pretty good.

B. Too warm and the precipitation pattern is backward but pretty good. Yeah with summers like that you'd want an East Coast style precipitation pattern, otherwise it will just feel incredibly boring. I can imagine that the vegetation is not really lively there either

That's an E climate if I ever saw one.
Way too hot, too dry in summer but at least the winters are pretty sunny. It's pretty similar to a few climates in Utah.

D+ winter is too cold and rainy. I prefer the rain in summer thunderstorms.

C-, summers way too hot/dry/monotonous, winters a bit of a nothingness (though I suppose it gets big temperature swings?).
Still scores slightly better than my climate for the sunshine/comfortable shoulder seasons though.

D+
Summers too hot and winters too cool and dark. Rainfall is desirable. Sunshine hours are too uneven.

B. Could use to be milder in winter and summer as well, and more winter rain. Still decent though.

C+, winter is nice but summer is just too hot for a higher grade.

Good points:
-plenty of sunshine -March and April are warmer than October and November -summer humidity isn't severely high
Bad points:
-too dry of summers -too continential -probably lack of snow cover for long -too hot summers -too cloudy winters

Gonna give this one a B, on the dry side but otherwise quite good
Snowy days higher than precip days? Something's wrong with this table but I'd imagine there is a decent deal of winter snow.
