Both of these regions are known for growing citrus fruit such as Sudachi (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sudachi) but have vastly different climate types. Piura is interesting because it's normally quite dry but during strong El Niño events the rains can be very intense leading to large scale flooding. Tokushima is a typical southern Japanese climate with mild winters and humid/warm summers with plentiful rainfall. I'll go with Tokushima because the temps in Piura are too boring and it's too dry, although the intense El Niño rains would be a good experience.

徳島。Pretty much mild outside of June~September period as typical for the Pacific side climate.

Tokushima definitely, even though it's quite far from ideal. The Peruvian one looks like South FL on steroids.

Wow Piura looks totally awesome!! An A+ climate... one of the best I've ever seen Tokushima is mediocre at best... gets a C-.

Tokushima but they both suck.
Piura is an F, but there’s plenty of worse climates. Tokushima is an E+/D-.

Actually, I guess it's not South FL on steroids since the overnight lows are a good deal cooler than here during summer. The rest of the year is crap compared to here though.

Pretty close, both are B climates. I'll vote for Piura cause it's getting absolutely no love so far and it actually seems like a decent tropical climate. Lots of sunshine and low humidity

Piura easily - Tokushima's wet cloudiness sucks.
