It's an E- from me because of those horrific winters, but having those gorgeous July's with perpetual daylight (61ยฐN) saves this one from an F. I would even go so far and say there are weaker E-minuses out there, such as those highland Northern Sweden climates...

E- Polar bears need only apply. I think they'd dislike the summers though Inukjuak would be way more suitable for them lot! Spare a thought for them humans living there Beerman; I live north of 'em What ya think?

C+. Snowfall is nice, but the winters are a little too chilly! General precipitation is rather low and it doesn't look too stormy either, which further worsens its score.

With that continental threshold between cold and hot air in summer I think you'd get epic thunderstorms around there! Especially since it's warmer than Yellowknife for example...

E+. Too cold but summer looks pleasant and itโs at least interesting and dry.

A C climate.
It could be worse. The summers are surprisingly (although not really) warm. Even Inuvik has been very warm.
Anyway, this one is pretty similar to Fairbanks as far as averages go.

B since winters are a little colder than ideal. That said, snowfall is good and the summers look perfect.

Perfect from September through May, summer could be warmer. But a pretty sweet climate and finally you don't post a boring climate! I give it a B+, looks a lot like my older version of Winter Haven that had cooler summers.

E, but it's an interesting climate. Those record highs for the winter months are impressive. The summer is nice and sunny, but extremely short. August is cooler than June. Autumn probably sets in in late July.

Was kinda on the fence between D and E, but I decided to vote E, it's more of an E+ for me though. It has very nice summer but not warm enough to save it from those winters and there are almost no shoulder seasons to speak of so that's why it's an E and not a D.

E+ for me, fractionally worse than my own climate which I'd give a D-.
Nov-Feb you'd want to stay indoors as much as possible, but you can do your winter sports in Mar-Apr and May-Aug look pretty enjoyable.
