It's a bit like when I asked in the weather chat thread about the ultimate daylight/hemisphere merger but instead for the same latitude this time: Which climates would you choose? I think I'd go for a bit moderate at 45.52°S and 46.09°N with Comodoro Rivadavia (Nov-Apr) and La Rochelle (May-Oct). Overall it'd be pretty close to a dream climate of mine: So, what would your latitude and place choices be like?

I will go for Nantes+Invercargill. If the temperatures are ordered by season appropriately, this combination reminds of coastal northern Portuguese.

I'd rather have Launceston instead of Comodoro. Then perhaps it wouldn't be too dry.

Amarillo, TX from October to April and Mildura, Australia from May to September. Seemed like the best combination for guaranteed snow and some warmth.

Actually you need to lower the Campbell contribution - the Wikipedia ones are wrong. Full record averages by month/year are 95.5 79.1 58.5 35.2 17.5 7.9 12.6 25.7 50.7 70.6 90.7 95.7 639.70

Salinas & Concepción (36°). Very comfy to say the least! Sun numbers for Salinas are hijacked from San Francisco because Salinas lacks a station, but I'd guess Salinas would be a tiny bit sunnier.

Looks interesting and variable although technically they're just a little bit more than 1° apart

Zonguldak from May-September and El Bolsón October-April assuming I don't have to have have 6/6 months. Otherwise I'd take April-September for Zonguldak.

Bellingshausen Station (62 S) in Antarctica Oct - Mar, and Lillehammer Apr - Sep. That would look strange. The other way around would be a tundra climate bordering an ice cap climate.

The closest to my latitude of inhabitants and a remotely liveable climate, rather than some EverBlack station in Peninsular Antarctica is Puerto Williams (55°S). What do you think about this Babu? Looks like a damn good deal for the latitudes! At least 15 hours of daylight on average + some extra civil twilight wouldn't hurt either!
