Uruguay or Minnesota? Warm lover or cold lover? I don't even think I need to explain who I voted for Reference period is old for the more renowned Uruguayan Montevideo, but on that latitude of 34°S warming tends to be less severe in recent decades than farther north anyway. Both likely have roughly 2.4-2.5 k of sunshine judged by Minneapolis' stats. What I know though is that Montevideo is a frequent record holder of Minnesota warmth records for shoulder and winter months.

I guess Uruguay's sole redeeming feature is "maded Tallahassee winters"?

The rainfall amounts in Uruguay are quite solid, about 15 more inches and it'd be an ideal precip amount. Still, too sunny and mild for my tastes.

Uruguay holy shit. I mean cold is disgusting. But then I'm particularly pissed off with cold right now because of the cough I've just got from sleeping in 7 degree indoor temps.

Uruguay, but it's not as much of a walkover as I expected because the Minnesota one doesn't look that bad, thought the shoulder seasons would be colder.
If you took 3C or so off the summer of the Uruguay one I'd give it a definite A.

Uruguay! It looks like a moderated version of @qidb602's dream climate. It's a lot more pleasant than MN, would prefer a bit chillier winters perhaps but nowhere near MN levels. The MN one also has disgustingly arid winters like the rest of the state . Summer nights seem to be a bit nicer than the metro though, think the uruguay one could use slightly cooler ones for heatwaves but it's not a huge issue.

No need to explain anything about this battle because everything is dead obvious.

miniSODA wins. Winter looks dry, it must not get much snow. The other Montevideo is nice but it doesn't see snow or cold. B+ vs B-
