en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Khorugh I'll give this one a B. It's got pleasant summers (record highs don't deviate too much from the averages) and the winters are cold with an adequate amount of precipitation and sunshine. The summers could be a lot wetter though.

Summers are a bit warm, but at least they're not humid. Winters are solid. I don't like the low precipitation and the sunshine hours are higher than ideal, but overall it's not a bad climate.
