Very few comfy times during that year. Day-to-day weather will always have been an issue.

Probably a C. Winter too cold and long but summer looks good. Probably dry enough due to the location.

Pretty epic! April is too warm though as is November....but otherwise really good. Too dry and sunny for my tastes probably though. I give it a solid B.
