E+ While I would appreciate the mild summer nights it really gets a bad deal for its 47°N latitude (similar to Nantes and Seattle) and gets extremely frozen winters considering it being an offshore island, in spite of the waters actually moderating (!) this climate.

C–, by maritime standards. Great precipitation, lovely winters and good winter snowfall. But alas, summers are much too warm and would provide no regular snowfall likewise.

Looks like Newfoundland. I was expect worse from Quebec, expecting to give it an F. E for the very long winters even if midwinter isn't that cold.

Summers are pathetic its a C++ though I won't give it a B because sometimes, just sometimes I wouldn't mind going out just in shorts... Doesn't seem possible here though.

Grade D-. Half of the year is either cold or freezing though averages in July and August are nice enough to avoid judge them anywhere below E.

Oh well, there's a higher-diurnal kind of carbon copy there One latitude higher and inland. Goes to show what a bad deal Québec gets that their islands are almost as bad as interior Newfoundland.
