So time to decide which four climates of the runners-up will join Portland (OR), Denver, Philadelphia and Charlotte in the quarter finals. LA finished level on votes with Portland (15-15) but loses out on a tiebreaker since it got given the 15th vote at a later stage. This is how motorsports decide tiebreakers during qualifyings, so I'm fine with it I'm asking for two votes this time. It's in the middle stage now and if a tie occurs this time as well for one of the four spots, the percentage amount it got during the first vote will be the decider in who goes through on a tiebreaker. So, let's get going over the weekend The first quarter final will be held on Monday and they'll last the entirety of next week. My votes this time go to Los Angeles and Charleston (SC)'s downtown; the lower-diurnal of those two weatherboxes. It's a near-miss for Charleston (WV), Detroit and Portland (ME) but I really wouldn't be so fond of those winters, even though all of them have better summers. California: Los AngelesDistrict of Columbia: WashingtonHawaii: HonoluluKentucky: LouisvilleMaine: Portland (ME)Michigan: DetroitMissouri: St. LouisNebraska: OmahaSouth Carolina: Charleston, SC (downtown, 2nd weatherbox)Utah: Salt Lake CityVirginia: Virginia BeachWest Virginia: Charleston, WV

Why did yoy specify Chicago and Charleston weatherboxes but not LA which has like 5 climate boxes lol?
Oh, your link was to a specific weatherbox.

Tough choice, but since LA looks to be guaranteed a place, I'll go with Honolulu and Charleston SC.

If charlotte got 12 votes and won the southern us why is it not on here? Why do you always take shit like this personal lmao? There's no personal vendetta against North Carolina, it just didn't advance. FFS. Anyways, my choices are St. Louis and Omaha. Portland, Maine, Detroit and SLC are good as well, but STL and Omaha have more to offer for me (mostly because of more thunderstorms).

But still. I don't get why he takes shit like this personal. He got in his feelings also when people were getting Jacksonville, NC as their "bad city" option in that one thread about ideal cities.
