Philadelphia. A generally warm-ish climate but with a proper winter, plus I'm not a fan of the arid look in LA.

I don't even have to look. Philadelphia has the occasional snow fall and cold spells, while LA has eternal T-shirt weather.

In the end I went with Philly because the winters aren't much colder than Buxton's and it has a warmer summer with thunderstorms.
