Here's the northernmost coastal city in Sweden, 31 days in the summer months of 2014. A lot less bipolar than the Siberian one Lommaren made with almost purely comfortable days, although with a few hot days thrown in. This isn't 67'N but it's 66'N so there's at least civil midnights through July. Sunshine would be somewhere above 400h. About 400-450h approximately. And a quirk of 45° sun angles is that although it won't feel harsh nor burn you, it will make the temperatures feel hotter than they are, just like an IR warmer, so even 21'C will feel pretty hot if you're wearing black jeans for examples. This is an A+ month for me. Although I personally prefer Holmön 2014 because of warmer nights more than I like the brighter nights 2 degrees north.

A- for a peak summer month thanks to the daylight and zero risk of sunburn in spite of the heat. Örebro that summer was A+ though had it not been for the container I lived in absorbing all the heat and sending it indoors The averages are 24.9°C/12.9°C if anyone wonders.

Why the hell do you prefer that siberian place? It's C at best. Either 18'C or bloody 30-35'C lol

Thought you wanted cold lows. So you'd prefer Holmön over Haparanda? Holmön was 24/16 wasn't it? That sounds better. My dream summer month is between 25/15 and 25/17 but on this latitude I live it is very difficult to realise outside of UHI's and extreme August heatwaves in the archipelago

Pärnu 2003 for example fits your bill. www.infoclimat.fr/climatologie/annee/2003/parnu/valeurs/26231.html

Not bad! I thought Pärnu was a tundra thanks to an excentric Estonian, glad to see it wasn't

B-, a good summer month. Would prefer slightly hotter with shorter days. That 6.8C low is lame too.

Solid A. All days above 20c and not too hot. Doesn't get much better. I hope we will have more of those summers in the future.
I remember I couldn't sleep at all that month.

C+. Much too cool, but I love the dryness and sunshine and cool nights.

Too cool and dry for me, but I can see why someone would find it pleasant. No higher than a D from me though.
