Adelaide
Gets the most cool to cold rain out of any of them (Canberra, although more ideal in winter temps, is far too dry and gets nasty foehn winds likewise Hobart); winter precip peak, and by far the best summers out of any on that list. Canberra simply doesn't get enough snow to overcome its terrible winter dryness (like a dusting once a year LOL—pathetic for 600 m AMSL @ 35° S), and its summer minima are too cool.

Canberra but Melbourne isn't too bad either, neither are Adelaide or Sydney or coastal Perth for that matter.
