Bonkers. I'd love the endless daylight and warm evenings under those conditions, just imagine full daylight a 5° angle and 25°C temps like that place and here can get during heat waves? That being said, in 2001 it got too much and the pole of cold for permanent human population scored a month that Pamplona and Portland would be proud of. This of course at above the arctic circle, in a freakazoid cold place, in an otherwise unusually cold year! B for me. Rate it as a peak summer month!

B.
Precipitation is excellent.
Average high could be warmer, average low is very good.
Too many 20 C lows and the highest temp of 35 C is too low.
Highs are too stable and boring.

Solid A. It doesn't get much better than that. The local residents must have gone completely insane that month.

D
Too dry and the temps are bit too consistently hot but nothing too bad.

Wow at the 23.6°C and 24.4°C lows! Nice highs, and these hot lows make up for the disastrous chill mid-month. My main qualm is the dryness.

Good find!
A bit hotter during the day than I'd normally like but if I lived in Verkhoyansk I'd have savoured every minute of it, plus the lower sun probably took the edge off the heat. That 35.3C day on the 28th was recorded with a 41 degree peak sun angle!
The indoor temps can't have been too pleasant in a Verkhoyansk heatwave with 24C lows though because you can imagine how well insulated their homes must have to be, but again if I knew it would be -50C again soon enough I'd deal with it.

I'll give it a C. I would still prefer a hotter more humid summer.
