en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Livigno#ClimateI can't believe these precipitation stats but just rate the climate as it stands there. E from me because of the abundant snow. Otherwise very crappy, especially so many rainy days during that very weak summer.

Whatever you do, if your travel host tries to redirect your "Italian sun holiday" from B+ Livorno to F- Livigno, make sure to object

I'm confused, how is it a fictional climate when it has a Wikipedia Article? And the description says that Livigno has a dry climate when it obviously doesn't. Am I missing something?
Anyway, climate is atrocious. F.

I'd like to know how it averages 51cm of snow in June with average lows approaching 6C.

I'd like to know how it averages 51cm of snow in June with average lows approaching 6C. Two possible reasons. The obvious one is that it receives a lot of precipitation, so while 51 cm of snow is a lot, the percentage of snow in comparison to the total precipitation is low. The second possible reason is elevation. I've noticed that if you compare two locations with similar temperatures but one is located significantly higher than the other, the higher one will see a higher percentage of precipitation falling as snow. Maybe the warming caused by the sun is very shallow in these locations so there's a sudden drop in temperature a few hundreds of meters higher. In low elevation locations the change in temperature could be more progressive, so it's less likely for precipitation to reach the ground as snow.

Holy fuck. This climate is good from an interest level, but in terms of everything else not so great. Too cold from May - September. I'll give it a D+.

Very possible as well that a couple of very heavy early June snowfalls have skewed the averages.

A 7 year period record from an unofficial source. World weather online isnβt very accurate.
I seriously doubt thereβs that much snow in the summer. Probably one of the 7 years had a massive snow on the -5 C day and the other years got nothing which skews the average high. June is especially suspicious. Or WWO could just be inaccurate.
I give it a U for unbelievable.
