Currently Kaffeklubben Island is experiencing an interesting period of the year - 24h twilight. No sunrise, but no darker than astronomical twilight at night either... Perpetual twilight can occur anywhere higher than 81°25' latitude...

(or in other words, it would only take roughly a month from the Equinox/0° declination to halfway/-11.7° declination, since sin(30°)=0.5)
