McCook is located in southwestern Nebraska, just north of the Kansas border, making it one of the warmer climates in the state, especially in terms of daytime highs. Drier than a lot of the state as well. I personally give it a C, too dry for me and winters have too many mild periods. But the variability keeps it interesting.

That area can get some nasty summer heatwaves and 25C in winter is pretty stupid, so I'll give it a C+, otherwise it's a fucken epic climate.
