A climate I stumbled upon just now, which is about 40km west of Port Macquarie. Despite being called "Mount Seaview", the station is only at 155m ASL. I think it's pretty decent for the area, so I'll give it a C- even though it's a climate I would generally dislike. Nights remain comfortable throughout the year, and can actually get quite cool in winter. It's also far wetter in summer than the coast. Mount Seaview Averages, 1969-2018

C, with C+ if there are lots of storms. Night time lows would need to be higher for a B.

Precipitation is ideal, but temperatures are far from it. I'll give it a D- for the epic summer rains.

D. Itβs too boring but generally pleasant. Itβs way too wet, but it seems most of the precipitation is quick thunderstorms and at least in summer.
Only 105 rain days going by the realistic 1 mm threshold so not that bad.

There's no real winter but the summers are fantastic though which bumps this up to a solid C for me.

Solid B. Just needs to be a bit warmer with drier winters.
And I must say the Australian Department of Meteorology site is light years ahead of any other I've seen. So easy to use and such comprehensive data!

So easy to use and such comprehensive data! I agree that the website is designed really well, but the practice of actually collecting data at some stations has slipped, most notably Brisbane. Its rival site, Weatherzone, is also designed quite well so we're lucky in that department.

C+
Those lows year round are too cool for the latitude and relative nearness to the warm ocean there. Summer highs need to be higher aswell. I would've thought 30C would be doable 40km inland there.

C, Very doable but it rains too much and would prefer slightly cooler summer means.

C.
Too cool and wet in summer, but at least 80-degree highs have been recorded in all months of the year, and this rating is when sunshine is not taken into account.

D: Summers far too wet (but at least it's mostly thunderstorms); winters non-existent.

I'll give it a C. Much warmer than ideal but the summers could be worse, it would be a D if about 2-3 C warmer. Winters are cool enough to be distinct and refreshing. Good precipitation.

E, no winter, no snow, minimal seasonal change. But livable, as in, "I wouldn't die from being there"

Magnificent summers and terrible winters. Complete lack of cold and snow is really a deal breaker. C-/D+

B. Pretty standard subtropical climate. Nothing to get too excited about but not bad either.
