This place just had the wettest summer in Australia this year, with 1750.4mm throughout Dec-Feb. Dec 2020 - 812.6mm Jan 2021 - 489.8mm Feb 2021 - 448.0mm A solid B. That place is at the foot of the Great Dividing Ranges, and being on the eastern side would score pretty well out of East Coast Lows. There must be some other advantageous features for the 1750mm mean rainfall, as other nearby sites at higher altitude record about 500mm per annum less rainfall. The small town of Yarrowitch at 1168m asl and only 20klm west figures this summer Dec 2020 - 368mm. Jan 2021 - 215mm. Feb 2021 - 237mm. Mount Seaview was the wettest place in NSW in 2020 with 3370.8mm www.abc.net.au/news/2021-01-09/bom-climate-summary-wettest-place-nsw-2020/13043382

B. Winters are a little chilly at night but otherwise it's very nice.

Very good temperature wise as far as sea level Cfa climates go. I was confused at how it has such a strong summer rainfall peak, but then I saw how much it was to the north of Sydney.

Precipitation is ideal, but temperatures are far from it. I'll give it a D- for the epic summer rains. Switch those two for me. Lol. Temperatures are perfect, but the precipitation is too excessive. C-

D. Bit too much of summer precipitations and like any other of most Australian places those desert influences are a huge turn-off.
