Binghamton easily here as well. Deep tropical climates are only comparable to Dxc, Dxd, ET(not the one closer to Cfc), EF climates in terms of picking the worse one.

Haiti (though I'd stay well away for every other reason mind you) - but I am suspicious of the average highs from June-August in particular.

Port Au Prince. It's basically a sunnier version of Bangkok. Pretty sweaty but it beats five months of sub-freezing lows and New Zealand style summers in Bunghole.
