Mountain View is a place in the Bay Area between San Francisco and San Jose, and situated right around Silicon Valley, whereas Tuscaloosa is an inland climate of Alabama. For me Mountain View, although slightly too dry for the most part offers way better temperatures, comfortably warm summers and less humidity, factors that really causes it to defeat Tuscaloosa: A- vs D.

TuscaloosaMore exciting with far better storm activity. The nonexistant summer precipitation for Mountain View is concerning!

Mountain View. Any lowland southern climates can't beat the Californian.

Tuscaloosa for being wetter, more continental, and generally more interesting.

Hmm, tough one. I'll go with Mountain View - nine good months versus seven ☺️
Both quite nice though.
