A lot of people complain about the time zone they are in and wish to be located in another one so that that they have some more sun in the evening, similarly some people complain about seasonal lag, about how spring takes forever to come, so what if we switched back to the Julian calendar which is currently 13 days behind us. For an example I made a climate table of Seattle in 2017, one the Gregorian calendar that we currently use, and the other with the outdated Julian calendar. First Day of Spring 2017Gregorian: March 20th Julian: March 2nd First Day of Summer 2017
Gregorian: June 21st Julian: June 8th First Day of Autumn 2017
Gregorian: September 22nd Julian: September 9th First Day of Winter 2017
Gregorian: December 21st Julian: December 8th At least for Seattle's scenario I prefer the Julian distribution better, the temperatures better correspond with their respective months, however this might not be the case for more continental climates which will probably make summer end way to soon. So in your opinion which Calendar has the better distribution for any climate? If you want you can share your own Julian calendar climate tables. *Edit: I mistakenly made my Julian calendar 1 day off, so instead of being 13 days off it's 12 but I'm guessing it won't make a huge difference.

Gregorian, plainly. Also, why is this in climate battles?

Julien because the cooler weather in autumn actually makes a good refresh after summer and it's rather better to give warmth to spring to balance the year.

Gregorian, plainly. Also, why is this in climate battles? Well I'm not quite sure where else to put it, and we are comparing two different climate tables, it's just a different representation of the same climate, but it does change our perception of the climate.
