Borzya is Russia's sunniest climate (that I could find) with 2,871.9 hours of sun per year.

Auto F- for the winters.

E
Worse than Chita due to the cold being even worse, but close to an E+ thanks to the 50°N sunshine strength and epic summers. I assume especially February might not all be that bad during mid-day.

Sunshine hours are really nice. I thought Russia's sunniest area was somewhere near Caspian sea but this one is really better. However, winters are too cold, too long. And April record low being -30.8c..., no thanks. So in general D/E or maybe even just E.

Wow, that's some impressive sunshine. But with such severe winters I really can't rate it any higher than an E+.

E
The plentiful sunshine saves it from an F.

F–
Rancid piece of shit with no positives whatsoever. Suicidal…oh wait, the extreme cold will kill me before I do.

D-
Temps are fine but those winters are insanely dry.

F-.
But dang those record highs in May, Septictember and October. Would be complete impossible here even if the average highs are similar. Fucken oceanic Turku.

E for how damned cold those winters are. Summer is weak too. The high sunshine total is basically the only good thing about this climate.

I'll give it a D- because the summers and the sunshine save it from E/F territory, plus with that sunshine I'd expect March/April in particular to feel quite a bit better than the numbers suggest.

D. Summer is the best season. The other seasons are too dry and cold. Winter nights are extreme. All that cold without any snow is not fun.

E+
How could something so horrible be this sunny? Can't believe it's sunnier than Sydney. Actually, I'm inclined to believe that its sunshine hours are overstated. Must be 2500-600 hours at best.
