I've found 25.2°C for the Maldives, 24.4°C for Willemstad, 24.1°C for Diego Garcia and 23.9°C for Singapore.
What other examples are there; and does any climate actually defeat Maldives for the mantle of being the climate in the world with hottest winter avg lows? Some small island in the Carbibbean nearer the equator? Willemstad is pretty close to the South American mainland though...
