Definitely Milan, more sun, more storms, more heat, more cold, more snow, more fog, more of anything a weather enthusiast could want.

Milan—sunnier, less rainy days, stormier, hotter summers, colder winters, more snow.

I really like May, June and September in Milan. In London July-September are alright, albeit cooler than my ideal.
Aside from that, the spring warmth clinches if for Milan.
B- vs B- though.

I never realised how quickly Milan warmed up either, February in Milan is a fraction colder than in London but their March has slightly warmer days than London's April!

London. The warm up/cool down pace during transitional months in Milano looks awesome, wish London had same rate to stay more days around 20°C.

London is better from Nov-Feb.
Milan from Mar-Oct.
I think Portsmouth vs Milan would be closer.

July and August as well as winters are better in London, but the spring is far superior in Milan and I care a lot about spring. Also, Milan's a fair bit sunnier too. Milan's my choice.

Agree all except I’d still take spring in London to get compensated summers to minimize the possible days to avoid intense heatwave.

Milan by a mile ... absolutely awesome weather may - september and warm april-october. .. london is only good to me july-august and barely so. Also keep in mind milans averages are old ... id imagine them to be much warmer for 1981-2010. June over 80 also maybe.
