Milan would trash Portsmouth too. Portsmouth is slightly sunnier, so the sun lovers will vote for it. Warm sun > cold sun... just saying.... also imagine milan is a very convective place in summer which interferes with sun data. |

That doesn't seem to apply when it's London or anywhere in the UK vs somewhere in central Europe or Scandinavia though. I remember seeing London lose to freezing wastelands before. |
