I guess mosquitoes are very bad there in summer. October would be my favourite month there.

I've heard they swarm around like crazy but at the same time they do that in Northern Sweden too

Would love to live there year-round.
Summer would be a bitch with all the mosquitoes though.

Mid-May to mid-June would be nice. Why? Too early for mosquitos with all that frozen ground, very sunny, pretty comfy temperatures, very long daylight hours. And Aug 20th to Sep 20th is also good. Mosquitos killed by overnight freezes, still mostly green and pretty ok temps.

Year-round is fine for me there. It's obviously a very cold place, and it's obviously a liveable place since there is a significant population.

I voted Apr-Oct, March is livable, but I think it's a bit to cold for me, but Apr-Oct is not so bad. the rest of the year is just way too cold but people seem to find a way to live through that. I can't imagine what it was like prior to modern technologies, People only surviving on a fire in their hut/shack. They must of had some insane wood piles.

I struggle to think of how my ancestors in Northern Sweden pulled through like they did... and that's a cakewalk compared to Yakutsk

March is certainly borderline, but I assume the high sunshine would help
