Amazing to think that Liverpool are potentially two wins away from a quadruple. No team has ever been closer, and no team will be closer again.
Such a narrow margin between just a good season, and the best season an English team has ever had. Although I highly doubt City will blow it against Villa tomorrow, and Real Madrid are no mugs.

I think Real Madrid are more balanced overall. Plus they have the Dark Magic on their side…though I don’t know if the Dark Magic is still there now that Zidane has left

All the bookmakers have Liverpool as favourites to win. I think we're the better team, but their forwards are hitting form at the right time. In the first half of the season people were saying Salah was the best player in the world, but he's run out of steam. Right now Benzema is clearly the best player out there.
My prediction is for Gareth100 to come off the bench and score a 90th minute winner, an overhead kick from the halfway line.

Lol Real Madrid got spurned by Mbappe at the last moment. You certainly don't see Real being on the bad end of a deal very often

Ryan Reynolds, Rob McElhenney, Will Ferrell and David Beckham were all in attendance at the Wrexham game today. All that star power doesn't seem to have rubbed off on the team, who put in a rather pedestrian performance in a 1-0 loss to Bromley.

Congratulations to AC Milan on winning Serie A for the first time since 10/11! With Inter winning last year, Serie A has now had different winners in the past three years

Milan's goalkeeper wins his second league title in a row. What is interesting, look at the teams he did it with

Former Bayern President Uli Hoeneß: “In Stuttgart they think they won the World Cup. They only didn’t get relegated” Stuttgart CEO Alexander Wehrle: "When you see the emotions at Bayern’s celebrations, you’d think they finished 10th - not won the title for the 10th time in a row”

I can't get the over the fact that Mbappe could wake up tomorrow and decide to sell Neymar to Burnley.

I'm not sure why they felt the need to apologise. It's accurate reporting.

Happy to see both Milan teams win after a decade of Juve domination. Hopefully Napoli will win one of these days too

I was looking through some old files and stumbled across pictures and videos that I took in Liverpool the last time we played Real Madrid in the final, back in 2018. For some reason I just forgot about them all and never showed them to anyone. I'm guessing I was planning on posting them here, but never got round to it. So in the spirit of Liverpool and Real Madrid facing off in the final once again, I'll do the post that I probably intended to make in 2018 Huge crowds were gathering outside any bar with a screen. Lots of noise outside this one: It was a nice sunny day, they had some free outdoor music concert on. Liverpool One, the development that takes up a lot of the city centre. This part of the city was very rough 20 years ago but has since undergone a lot of modern regeneration. Funnily enough, I had my first Bubble Tea in Liverpool One, a couple of weeks earlier, Gior stirred my curiosity. Back to the football, every bar had huge lines outside so we had to queue for ages. I took some photos whilst bored waiting to get into this place. Massively overcrowded inside, and we had to fight to get a good view of a screen. It was incredibly loud, great atmosphere: Even though the team lost, the atmosphere on the streets afterwards was still good. Not much trouble, but unbelievable amounts of litter remained on the streets in the morning. The fans were proud of the team, nobody expected us to get to the Champion's League final back in 2017/18. I recall that I was out drinking until 6am

Another fizzer. Did Klopp give them sleeping pills at half time?
Congratulations to Madrid, beat a lot of difficult opponents and always found a way to grind out the wins.

Sorry bror Tough day for you. The Rectum defeat hurt more tbh. Liverpool can dust themselves off and try again next year. Rectum still have to spend at least another year in footballing purgatory.
