World Cup Matching History of South Korea:
June 18, 2002 South Korea 2 : 1 Italy - 2006 Winner June 22, 2002 Spain 0(3) : 0(5) South Korea - 2010 Winner June 25, 2002 Germany 1 : 0 South Korea - 2014 Winner June 29, 2002 South Korea 2 : 3 Turkey - Did not qualified June 13, 2006 South Korea 2 : 1 Togo - Did not qualified June 18, 2006 France 1 : 1 South Korea - 2018 Winner
Irony as fuck. Following this pattern if Switzerland and Greece don't qualify to the next FIFA World Cup, Argentina will be the 2022 Winner lol

Now there's just the 4 week "long" wait for the premier league (and other european leagues) to start up again. Im hoping for bournemouth to place around 7-10th, we've got the potential to do that now that we're settled in the mid table spots.

In all honesty, how does a club like Liverpool end up with goalkeepers like Karius or Mignolet? Other big clubs in England have goalies like DDG, Cech, Ederson, Courtois, etc, and even small clubs like Leicester have class keepers like Schmeichel

Other big clubs in England have goalies like DDG, Cech, Ederson, Courtois, etc, and even small clubs like Leicester have class keepers like Schmeichel It's weirdly common for average teams to have ridiculously good goalkeepers. Everton seem to have a good record, Neville Southall, Tim Howard and now Jordan Pickford. Liverpool bought Karius thinking he was a top class goalkeeper, and perhaps he was but he made mistakes and his confidence never recovered. Some people are blaming Liverpool's goalkeeping coach, his track record is suspect. Reina, Mignolet and Karius were all solid keepers , and all went downhill while being coached by him. Arsenal also had a poor track record until they bought Cech, and somehow Victor Valdes was #1 at Barcelona for years.

Feel sorry for the kid in goal. Imagine meeting one of your heroes and finding out he's a complete wanker
