I like Schurrle a lot. Hopefully he gets it going for his club career. He was amazing in 2014 for Germany

Spurs are the first team in Premier League history to not sign a single player during the summer transfer window

Meanwhile, Wrexham probably signed an entire new team again? StrewthlessHilarious though how United with four established CB's went on that massive unsuccessful raid for another one, rather than re-inforcing the dreadful midfield

United have wore black shorts in recent seasons? In away games against sides with compatible home shirts but white shorts themselves (Everton, Man City, Real Madrid, Juventus etc). Never at home.

I recall Liverpool reintroduced red under Shankly. Although weird for United to change from the kit which is symbolic from their golden years. That being said, I personally prefer the black shorts.

Just signed a player born in Castlederp to Wrexham in Football Manager Strewthless Either way, fancy three points at Selhurst Park on Monday? I think there's a good chance at least. Being as passive as they are and standing so much still will be wearing them down a lot.

Wrexham doing well so far, but they've been in this dominant position many times and blew it.
I fully expect Liverpool to win the Premier League, the FA Cup, the League Cup, the Champion's League, The X Factor, and the Nobel Peace Prize.

Morelos with a hat trick for Rangers today Ariete . How on earth could HJK let him go for such a pitiful price? Was his contract about to run out? Better hope he has a sell-on clause because if he plays like he's started this season, he'll be sold for double digits to England very soon.

His agent demanded on a release clause which was €1.2 million. HJK will get 10-15% of the next transfer fee.

He maded the Kilmarnock defenders look like FC Lahti in disguise today in that League Cup fixture. He really seems to be relishing his role as poacher in Stevie's system. Will be interesting to see whether he can fire Rangers much closer to Celtic this season.

I think Wrexham got a £1 million sell-on clause for Danny Ward.

I think Wrexham got a £1 million sell-on clause for Danny Ward. That must be like a non-league record revenue for a club. Should clear any existing debts right away?
In fact, I think even in lower division these crazy transfer fees will start to trickle down sooner or later as the Championship money gets ever greater. For example Norwich got £24 million for James Maddison from Leicester. Of course lower clubs will take notice of that and jack up prices for Championship clubs.

The club have no debt, so the money will probably be invested into the squad. The Kop stand also needs to be redeveloped.
