'Freeze' means here a 2 m temperature below 0C.
I will say mine will be around 10-15 October. Last autumn's first was on 20 October, later than normal.
And flamingGalah, do not even try! You will get caught red handeded for lyiering!

Average here is December 1st. Iโm going to be optimistic and pick November 15-30th because why the hell not. Feels good to not have to pick โmy location does not go below freezingโ.

January 1st, 2047 jajajajajaja bro.
In all seriousness, I really hope we can manage a freeze this winter, though 99% chance it won't happen.

Hopefully September 9, election day! That should get the Greens out of parliament.
Joking aside, I think about 21 October maybe? Usually takes a bit of October until a freeze emerges here, especially after an above-average summer. First ice day will probably be a bit later than usual, I'll go with 22 November.

Our forecast has got way above average lows all the way, so I think we're going to be able to last until the second half of September without an air frost. Doubt we'll manage to reach October without a frost though.
Last year we got -0.3'C on the fifth and -1.3'C on the 28th and then -1.2'C on the 15th of October.
2016 we got -0.3'C on the 30th of August...
2015 we got -1.4'C on the 4th of Sep
2014 we got -0.1'C on the 1st of Sep...
2013 was -2'C on the 26h though.

My guess is mid-November; I put Nov 1-15.
Last year we maded our first freeze on Oct 29, getting down to 28F (-2.2C) on that date! Nearly the record low for the month of October.

October 16-31.
Average is October 22, Iโm expecting a bit later this year but I doubt well last into November again.

We haven't had a freeze since Jan 1st of 2015, so it's usually 20-80 (20% chance that we get a freeze in the winter at all)
Edit: Hadn't seen the poll, I voted "My location doesn't go below freezing". Our normal low bottoms out at 6.7ยฐC from Dec 24th to Dec 27th, and our average min Low for the year is 1.7ยฐC

Tonight. Forecast low is 0C with a frost advisory officially in effect. If you had asked me three weeks ago I would've said late September based on the persistently above average temperatures we've had since early May, but the tide has turned and autumn came early and so will the frost, it seems.
