Alright go ahead then. But when the global climate does inevitably cool again, they will say, "See? We were right! It was all those SUV-driving, lamb eating bogans who caused all the warming! Going vegan and driving Teslas single-handedly defeated climate change! The science is settled!" On another note: What these city-dwelling folk don't realise is that driving electric vehicles in rural areas will never work. Especially COLD rural areas in countries like Canada and Russia. I think before making the common person drive these soulless vehicles, they should make all public transportation fueled by non-diesel/petrol methods, since they spew out so much dirty exhaust that I have to breathe here.

Lmao, you fell for this? There's no 500 scientists there at all, but the letter is signed by 14 people of which 6 have no academic title. The main two persons behind that are Marcel Crok, who is some kind of Dutch denier authority and Guus Berkhout, who is a Dutch engineer who have worked for big oil all his life.

Yep, and banks have no problem giving 30 year loans for coastal real estate either. Alarmists are just a vocal minority.

Actually, record cold and snow does disprove global warming as these events do occur regularly enough. If global warming was as catastrophic as they say it is, then these snow and cold records should not be happening. It's so easy to understand folks that even LKJ could wrap his pedobrain around it. But in general there are fewer cold extremes and more warm extremes. For example, no major US city has set an all-time record low since 1996.

For example, no major US city has set an all-time record low since 1996.That right there, is your lethally-erroneous statement—"no major US city". Of course no major city will set cold record lows when UHI is the dominant influence in such environments! However, if you were to steer your gaze towards towns and rural localities (with long-term data)...there is quite a different tale to tell regarding temperature trends, of which I have countlessly announced on this thread (provided that you've actually been paying attention this entire time!). Here's my very own warmist advice to you (if I were in your shoes): try cherry-picking rural sites which show warming trends, i.e. stations that begin no earlier than 1960; for e.g. many rural stations in Australia that begin so late, indeed show warming trends—that way, you can prove to the common amateur skeptic that even rural sites show warming, thereby winning you the argument just like that. You need to step-up your game, I'm afraid. My patience is faltering for such incompetence...I want a challenge!
