Our record high in the coldest month (January) is 12.6C, and our record lowest high in the warmest month (July) is 10.7C, so high temperatures between 10.7C and 12.6C can feasibly happen at any time of year.
To get a day that cold in July or that mild in January wouldn't be all that amazingly odd either, we had a high of 11.5C in July this year and you only have to go back to January 2016 to see a high of 11.9C, and January 2015 had three days with a high above 11.5C.
How about where you live, who else could feasibly get the same highs at any time of year?

A high of about 29 C could theoretically happen at any time of the year here. 29 C in January would come from a strong southeasterly flow and a 29 C high in July/August would happen from a rainy day.
Yet again, the seasonal range here is nothing so....

I don't think we could have an as low as 12C early August average high as of now. Therefore, no temp to be honest. As for low temps though, I think 8C is possible year round, although a massive stretch in February and early August

there's no such temperature here.
14.2C is the lowest maximum temperature in july, and 10.8C is the all-time high in january.

Our coldest monthly record high is 9.0'C in February. I think that might be possible in the beginning of July. I don't think it could happen in the end of July though, so, like Lommaren and Kronan, no highs can happen anytime.

Our coldest month (January) has recorded a high of 16C. That's been recorded as a high in every single month.
Not sure what our lowest July high is, I'm not very good at finding this sort of data.

The range here is quite high due to föhn winds: from 10.6 °C (lowest August high) to 18.9 °C (highest January high).
At home the range is more like 13-16 °C

Record high of 9,2°C in January. I don't have data on hand about lowest summer highs but I've personally suffered through a few 8°C days with near freezing lows in June so it shouldn't be too different.

13.8° (midwinter record high max) to 10.9° C (midsummer record low max).
Records only go back to 1993, so the range is narrower than it should be.
