One of the earliest frosts, and the coldest October 10th ever on record in Vancouver! (Source: Canada Goose @forums.bcstorms.ca) rpvan At -0.7C, it was the coldest temp in October since 2006 as well. Wouldn't mind a repeat of that winter actually; had a little bit of something for everyone (rain, snow, wind, cold). More importantly, we actually had snow in Jan 2007. January snow has become something of a rarity in Vancouver nowadays. Did it reach -0.7C? That's insane considering the time of year

Very nice morning, low hit 47 F (8.3 C) (So we didn't get cucked last night!) currently 54 F (12.2 C) with a 34 F (1.1 C) dew point, which is one of the lowest dews I've seen in a while. Today's high is predicted at 71 F (21.7 C) with sunny skies but I think it'll overshoot that once again.

At the main Vancouver station no less...right at sea level next to the water. Seattle was fairly cold too, I believe they dropped to 34F. Coldest it's been in early October since '90 or '85 I think.

Saskatoon finally dropped down below -10C again the last two nights, for the first time since mid-March. It's really had an impact on the leaves, so many trees went from yellow to dead in the last couple days.

67 F (19.4 C) with a 41 F (5.0 C) dew point here as of 7 pm, high reached 74 F (23.3 C), I knew it would overshoot today. Low tonight is predicted at 45 F (7.2 C) with clear skies. On the other hand, it's been snowing for 35 hours straight at Langdon, ND (since 7 am yesterday), fucking insane! w1.weather.gov/data/obhistory/KD55.html

NOAA is showing a cool end to October and start of November for the SE US. Looks opposite of the last few weeks. Before then, looks like we may be somewhat warm with possibly some heavy rain over the next two weeks.

^ Lol, the below average blue barely misses my area by like 30 miles. So I guess we'd have a chance here too logically.
Today is warming up very fast, already 65 F (18.3 C) at 11 AM after a morning low of 43 F (6.1 C), it's warming up about as fast as it cooled down last night. Today's predicted high is 73 F (22.8 C), with cloudy skies. Weak cold front making it through the area later on, which will aid in dropping our overnight low to 42 F (5.6 C) for tonight.

From the Mt Washington observatory:
A cold front passed west to east overnight dropping temperatures and finally switching from east winds to west winds. High pressure behind the front will make its way east with a much drier and cooler air mass. The summits will clear from the clouds this morning leading to partly cloudy skies for the day. Sky cover will be comprised of mostly high cirrus clouds so even with some clouds around the sun should be able to shin on through. Temperatures will still be above average crossing into the 40s today with temps only falling into the upper 30s for tonight with mostly clear skies. High pressure will begin to shift offshore overnight into Monday morning. This will clear the way for a stationary front that will cross over the Mid-Atlantic States and develop a weak, but strengthening area of low pressure as the surface wave moves into the Atlantic. The Low will move up the coast just south of New England Monday morning and into the Gulf of Maine by the evening. It will bring a little moisture with it as a cold front associated with a northern trough and low-pressure system sweeps through the region. Overall there will be little moisture, so as the cold front passes it will likely increase cloud cover and put the summits into the clouds Monday afternoon with a chance of showers into the evening hours. Behind the front, high pressure will build back into the region into the end of the forecast period.

Got down to 49F here last night, a little cooler than expected (last time it was below 50F was April 21). Gulf moisture supposed to come with warm front by tomorrow. Could be some heavy rainfall tomorrow and Tuesday, which should help to alleviate the dryness that has developed the past few weeks. Rainfall forecast over the next 3 days.

We got South FL'd hard overnight, predicted low was 44 F (6.7 C) and only ended up dropping to 51 F (10.6 C), at least this morning is warming up very slowly, only 54 F (12.2 C) at 10 am. Today's predicted high is 64 F (17.8 C) with cloudy skies and a chance of showers.
