We're forecast like 30mm of precipitation on Christmas and the days leading up to Christmas. The temperature is forecast to be 1-3'C. Considering there's only a couple centimeters of snow right now, it can either be a snow free Christmas or a VERY snowy Christmas.

Warm, but at least not as bad a Christmas of 2015 & 2016... At least nighttime temps aren't too bad.
Christmas Eve: Sunny, with a high near 69. North wind around 5 mph becoming calm.
Christmas Eve Night: Mostly clear, with a low around 42. Calm wind becoming east around 5 mph.
Christmas Day: Mostly sunny, with a high near 71. Calm wind becoming southwest around 5 mph.
