I think these are now the correct figures, I did some quality control. So, Tampere Härmälä 1991-2020 normals. Does it take your fancy Speagles84 ?
Absolutely fantastic climate there. Still wish FMI did snowfall data like the US and Canada, but judging by temperatures and precipitation levels, it certainly would meet my A criteria. Tampere 2001-2030 will possibly be A+ with all those 25C days yinz are getting right now

Probably already in the next normals, during the high sun period the shittiest months were almost exclusively in the early 90s. And the new June record has already been broken with a 33.2C this year.

Well record highs don't need to be above 33C to make me happy. Just bumping up the JJA average highs to somewhere like 23C for June, 25C for July, and 22C for August would be plenty.

That's a big ask even for Southern Finland, and is unlikely to happen.
Since 2000 Tampere's highs are +0.4C for May, +0.2C for June, +0.3C for July and August, and +0.5C for September.

Mean temperature
You said the UHI of Riga "isn't that big", but this map clearly proves that it is.

It seems that the Riga weather station is located quite in the middle of the city. UHI certainly affects and even the altitude, although the Baltic states are generally low. Riga is only 6 m asl as far as I know. This also explains why Aluksne and Zoseni are 0.8 c cooler than Võru (about 200 m asl vs 85 m asl) and why other places in East Latvia are cooler than Võru and why Daugavpils is only 0.1c warmer.

The mildest daily mean in Estonia is 7.7c in Vilsandi on the western islands, the coldest is 5.4c in Väike-Maarja in the north-east. Other stations are between these two. All the colder ones are in the northeast and all the milder ones are in the west.

Did a box for the airport. Average high and lows are taken from weatheronline, which has 90-97% data coverage depending on month, so it could possibly differ a couple of decimals from the true values. Especially in the winter months. The rest is official data.

Nice, FMI published their sunshine averages for certain locations, so I included them.
Change from 81-10
Turku: +22 hours
Helsinki Airport: +44 hours
Utö: +59 hours

Salo, which is roughly halfway between Helsinki and Turku. Sadly it lacks some years of precipitation, which is appalling since they have been recording it since 1936:
And Kouvola Anjala, which probably/possibly has the highest average summer highs of the stations that have 30 years of records:

Here's a interpolated 10 x 10 km map about the mean temperature in September, which "defines" by köppen schmöppen the humid continental and subarctic "border". As the colour palette is pretty poor and the map small, I have marked the border with blue.

Where is the continental/subtropical line? Clearly to the north of Turdku

Depends on where the closest brick wall is and how close the nearest vegetation to it is.

Here’s an interesting climate. I’m southwestern CO, precipitation pattern is much more like Arizona than much of the state. It’s the wettest place with complete temp, precipitation and snowfall data in the state.

The sunniest station in 1991-2020 with complete sunshine data in Sweden (and the nordics?). Svenska Högarna, which is the farthest permanently inhabited island in Sweden, opened in 2007 so their 1991-2020 is extrapolated by comparing its 14 co-active years with other stations, which should make its calculated annual average of 2132h pretty accurate. However, for stations with complete data, Visby takes the cake. I'm curious what Vilsandi in Estonia managed, whether there are any sunnier baltic stations. (Edit: I checked and Estonia have published 1991-2020 normals, and Vilsandi averaged 2066h) On a side note, Visby airport is a pretty interesting station. Despite being less than a kilometer from the coast, it behaves surprisingly continentally. It can sometimes be among the hottest stations in the country in May and June, or record among the coolest lows in May and June as well. There used to be a station somewhere in the inner medieval town which closed down in 1986, and when you compare its monthly means to the airport station, the difference is remarkable. ^These are official SMHI 1991-2020 normals for mean temperature. The non-airport Visby station wasn't in operation any time during that timeperiod. However, since it was active for 25.3 years, that's more than enough years to make accurate extrapolations using other nearby stations (and its values are in line with all the other coastal stations on Gotland)
