Sunshine: 137% Precipitation: 242% A very mild, though far from record breaking, pretty sunny, and very wet February. A very good month, but compared to Kronoby we've been astoundingly cucked.

Failbruary 2020 CrummaryMaxima and minima right around average (RE: Cabramurra SMHEA [BoM]); precipitation—and especially precipitation days—greatly above average. The only reason temperatures weren't below average, was due to the one hot day of 32.7° C (or 31.2° C at Cabramurra) on 01 Feb; near-record high, but every other day was significantly cooler—with the 19th failing to exceed 9.0° C at Cabramurra, and 11.6° C here regarding maxima.

Bingley Average high: 6.7C (+1.1C) Average low: 2.8C (+2.5C) Average: 4.7C (+1.8C) Precipitation: 317.8 mm (+312%) Snowfall: 6 cm Sunshine: ~ 80 hours (+20%) Mild and sunny, but this month has been all about the rain. It started off reasonable enough, sunshine well above the curve after the first week, but after that the Atlantic absolutely unloaded on us, with front after front and prolonged rain events more or less every day. We did have flooding, but actually not as bad here as you might expect. The 9th to the 24th alone would have been the wettest month of all time, as it is we beat the record by 60 mm. February isn't usually a particularly wet month, which made it feel even more unusual. Some places around the country had more rain, but nowhere else had more rain relative to the average.

I know you were talking about how rainy it was, but I was expecting a monthly total around 200-250mm maximum...but nearly 320mm. You deserve a dry and sunny March and April at least.

Ended up close to normal. 0.7F warmer and 0.08" less precip than normal. Coolest February since 2015 (past couple of Feb's have been well above normal especially 2017 & 2018). Cooler lows than January. The month started out warm with 8 days 70F and above the first 2 weeks. Turned cooler later in the month (2 days 70F+ the second half). Seemed wetter than it actually was. Heavier rainfall missed Alexandria. Not much in terms of severe weather - had hail in the area one day. Did get some t-storms during the warmer first half. Other stats: Coolest max: 47F Warmest min: 61F Days with freezing lows: 6 Days with thunder: 5 Highest dewpoint: 70F Lowest dewpoint: 19F Average dewpoint: 44.6F

February 2020 in Saskatoon was very significantly warmer than the past two years, which was a very welcome change. The start of the month was rather normal and we had some pretty serious cold days, though not nearly as long-lived as in January, but then we had quite a warmup toward the end and just squeaked by into above-average territory, by 0.1C. This of course felt incomparably milder than February in 2019 (12C below average) and 2018 (6C below average). Average high: -5.9C (normal: -7.2C) Average low: -18.9C (normal: -17.8C) Mean temperature: -12.4C (normal: -12.5C) Highest high: 5.3C (Feb 29th) Highest low: -7.5C (Feb 1st) Lowest high: -20.0C (Feb 18th) Lowest low: -34.2C (Feb 12th) Warmest mean: -1.2C (Feb 29th) Coldest mean: -27.0C (Feb 18th) Precipitation: 1.5mm (normal: 8.8mm) Precipitation days: 5 (normal: 7)

Portland Airport February 2020 Summary (New spiffy green precipitation color)Almost exactly average temperature month with much less precipitation than normal. Even drier relative to normal in Hillsboro / west metro. California was record dry. Also a sunnier than normal month which is a huge relief after January. As far as interesting weather goes, well it's winter. The 23rd had some pretty strong wind gusts here in the morning as well as shower activity. Other than that I can't say much. Warmest low was 44, coldest low was 43
