Swedish summary: Very mild February, with the largest anomalies along the coast and on islands, and in the south, with a couple stations even equalling or beating their old record like Falsterbo and Svenska hรถgarna. Falsterbo still has a frost free 2020. The month was sunnier than average in most od the country, especially along the baltic sea, with the southern third of the country being average or below average. Precipitation was high in most of the country, especially in the south where many stations set new records.

Babu Lund looks like London. February in Milwaukee was above average, but not as much as the last two months. It was the coldest of the three winter months, and saw about half the normal precipitation. Only three days recorded at least 1mm. The month started very warm, with a daily record of 56F/13C on the 2nd. Mild weather after that 4"/10cm of snow on the 9th. The 13th-15th brought a short cold spell, with the 14th being the coldest day of the winter at 14/-3F (-10/-19C). This will be the only night below 0F. The second coldest night was the day before at 3F/-16C. After that, some up and down variety and mostly dry. Two days over 10C, two nights below -15C. 16 days with snow cover. Winter overall was mild and uneventful. Slightly above average weather brings a lot of 35/25 and cloudy days (2/-4C) and I don't like that weather much. This winter technically qualifies for Cfa. Coldest month is was -2.3C and last July was above 22C.

Gonna do one for Lund this year. Lund is looking extremely British so far this year decade. About 4'C above average, twice the precipitation and 70% sunshine so far this year. I'm not even mad, that's really impressive for a location that far north

Super late again... Anyway, here there is the quick summary for the month in Grenoble: While this is Susa, so close to my home village: ^ the 19.7ยฐC low in Feb 3rd is evidently because of a quite long and strong foehn wind episode. That was one of the few days I was over there, and it was actually like that. They had quite a lot of foehn wind days actually, my parents were complaining about the strong wind for the most of the month. So I also looked at the max wind gusts data for this month, finding out that they had: - 2 days with wind gusts up to >= 100 Km/h (both times 109 Km/h) - 5 days with wind gusts up to 90<= gust speed <=100 Km/h - 0 days with wind gusts up to 80<= gust speed <=90 Km/h - 6 days with wind gusts up to 70<= gust speed <=80 Km/h - 3 days with wind gusts up to 60<= gust speed <=70 Km/h

The new February normal 1991-2020 compared to the old 1961-90. Up to 4C warmer inland SE.

Can you do these for March? Idk when the Icelandic official website updates the previous month's report, usually takes 5 to 10 days. Will upload once they're showing.
