Monthly Summary
Daily Summary
Snow Depth
Overall not a terrible month. Was snowier than average, but thaws were perfectly places as to negate long term snowpack. Temps were a bit above average, but nothing like January and December. No cold snaps to speak of, Winter 2019-2020 has YET to see a subzero F temperature.

A variety of climate boxes to February 29. Everyone's favourite oceanic climate. Missed most of the rain in February, just cloudy and humid instead. Jacup is a country town to the north-east of Albany, better gauge for the rainfall in that region; lots of humid showers with 58.8mm falling in 14 days. Bunbury, large town 180km south of Perth on the coast. February was warmer in the coastal regions of SW Western Australia. For the remainder of the state the months were either 1) equal in the southern portions of inland WA or 2) february was cooler in central and northern portions of inland WA. Cunderdin: on the path of many storms and rain activity during the last 11 days of the month (10 of those 11 with rainfall). Kalgoorlie, a much cooler February than January; good storm and rain activity as well. "Mild" summer for Marble Bar. Fun fact, last February averaged 43.4C in maxima which is higher than any day in February 2020. Wyndham was consistently hot, humid and quite stormy. Lighter but frequent falls in January, heavier but less frequent in February.

Albany's lowest low was merely 0.9C cooler than my average low. Truly pathetic

Utö, equally far away but out to the sea instead of inland recorded about 116h. I think the way their way of compiling hourly sunshine data is by showing how many seconds of sunshine 10.00, 11.00, 12.00 etc. had instead of showing how many minutes of sunshine 09.00-09.59, 10.00-10.59. etc. had. So the values I mentioned are only estimates. Edit: Looking at each minute's value, there were 72h of sunshine at Joikioinen Ilmala, and 110h of sunshine in Utö.

Average temperature: 1,7°C (+6,2°C) Record high: 10,1°C Record low: -17,5°C Precipitation: 76 mm (+123%) Sunshine: 65 h (+7%)
Almost as insanely warm as January was and more than double the normal precipitation, mostly in rain. Just wonderful. This winter has now officially been skipped.
