Thunderstorm is more or less over. Some streets are flooded all the way across. Flash floods in some areas which have caused damage and maybe some deaths. Power cuts are widespread.
More than 72mm of rain has fallen at the central weather station, and some hotspots have seen 100+mm fall. Some places saw 50mm falling in an hour.
