Well there is April. It ended being a bit warmer than I expected but not by much. I'd estimate monthly sunshine hours between 200-300. It was very sunny and pleasant! I even had one thunder day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And here is Charlottetown so far. Very dry there and going by precipitation days, very sunny!

^That's Shitchester for you.... No, that’s well below average Shitchester for you. But yes, it does suck that such terrible months are possible. I can’t wait to move to a better climate too.

A pretty good month. It was very much an average month but slightly better in every way pretty much. Only a little disappointing since continental Europe had such a banger April Temperatures vs 1991-2020 High: +1.0'C Mean: +0.9'C Low: +0.6 Sunshine vs 02-19: 110% Precipitation vs 1961-1990: 57% Chadby was cucking Umeå for the first three months of the year with consistently warmer temperatures and dried weather. But in April they finally got what they deserved. Tell me which year you prefer so far? Honestly I prefer ours just because of their shitty April. April matters so much.

When Auckland, an oceanic peninsula at 2* further south of me on a small island, has a less than 2C cooler avg high than here, you know it is time to FML.

Gaypril at Turdku Artugaynen was average and once again totally uneventful with the same weather every day. That being said, when 80% of Europe was well above average, this average monfffff seems like a total failure. I would call this a Nino Bellov month, same boring shit every day.
Highest high: 16.7C (21st) Highest low: 4.2C (20th) Lowest high: 4.1C (14th) Lowest low: -3.3C (5th)
Anomolies,
High: -0.2C mean: +0.2C low: +0.5C precipitation: 0 mm (0%)
Same shit is continuing in May, so FU.

Pretty average April (usually the hottest month of the year for us). Only had a couple of weak thunderstorms. Hopefully May is less of a disappointment.

For Norway as a whole, temperatures in April was 1.5C above the old 61-90 normal, so about normal using the last 30 years. It was more than 3C above normal in some parts of the SE, and slightly below the old normal in the far north. Highest temperature was 24.1C in Hokksund near Drammen on Apr 22th (5 days above 20C). Coldest low was -26.1C on Apr 5th in Kautokeino (307 m ASL).

Bingley (54N 2W) Mean max: 14.0C (+3.3C) Mean: 9.2C (+2.3C) Mean min: 4.5C (+1.3C) Precip: 14.4 mm (-80%) Sun: 203 hours (+53%) The last three days cost us what would have been a record dry and record sunny April, but it's still been a really good month. And here's the year as a whole, all four months above average temps and sun so far and rainfall for the year is well above average just because of February alone. Wow, that rainfall drop from February to April must have felt exceptional. Even our ~60 mm difference felt quite drastic.

It was even more drastic than it looks actually, early February to mid March it hardly stopped raining and then mid March to late April it hardly rained at all. 306 sun hours is absolutely huge for somewhere like Frankfurt, I'd be impressed if even Seville got that for April!
