100% humidity since late on the 6th apart from a couple of hours on the 7th when it was only 99.9% or something, though it's still been almost completely dry with high pressure and winds off the continent. As you can see from the graph, day and night mean nothing when it comes to temperatures under anticyclonic gloom conditions.

Most of Latvian weather stations have gone a bit below freezing, except the one in the city center of Riga and coastal weather stations: Riga Latvian University, Liepāja, Ventspils, Kolka. High has been 9.6C in Riga. Do you know where exactly the Riga station is located? The coordinates I've found for it just point to the university building

Severe thunderstorms in the Adelaide metro region for the first time in 7 billion years. These storms have apparently already started a number of grassfires in the Yorke Peninsula which is west of Adelaide.

Lows this morning. Average low for Milwaukee is 35F/2C. Looking at NOWData, this would set a new monthly record by far if it holds.

Been quite a variable last few weeks in Tucson. Overall well above average but two strong cold snaps, particularly the one in October.

Oh wow, your climate is probably a good bit colder than the weather boxes I've seen then. That would produce a huge Urban Heat Island effect on the station

What is it with Europeans and University rooftop stations? How is that even remotely representative?

That would produce a huge Urban Heat Island effect on the station Not really, this weather station is official for quite a short time period, just last years. Otherwise, it has quite poor highs, airport is occasionally warmer than it. Probably because it is warmer at the ground. But then it has high lows.

Oh my assumption was based on it being there a long period of time. Still very unusual to move it from the airport to a rooftop, seems non-legitimate.

Past few days (Nov 8 and 9) have seen really strong radiative cooling in the Hamptons in eastern Long Island. Both days reached into the mid 70s, with morning lows in the 30s. The 8th had a 40F diurnal (75/35f). w1.weather.gov/data/obhistory/KFOK.html

Sisko, in that case use some better station if available.

Low of 5.7C and high of 9.7C at the roof of Latvian University. Sisko, in that case use some better station if available. Same high of 9C at the airport weather station, but the low is 1C.

Most of the Vancouver region saw our first flakes of the season yesterday. Accumulations were limited to higher elevations though (above 200m). Some of the higher neighbourhoods around 300m saw about 5cm.
