 If I'm being kind, I'll give it a B+ as they get copious amounts of snowfall and the summers are inoffensive. Although, there are two big let downs with this climate: 1) Winter lows are very mild 2) Winter rain can be heavy at times and wash away the snow Other than that, it's decent, especially for where it is. But I would greatly prefer somewhere drier and colder. More like a weak B- ... |

C+; Lovely winters, albeit slightly too coldโbut summers are just too cool and especially far too cloudy. Excellent mediterranean precip pattern.

Temperature wise this is pretty much identical to Oslo, in every month actually. It's more cloudy and rainy, so abit worse than here all in all.

I would actually say the winters are better than my own: slightly warmer and much wetter. The snow would make it very exciting in the winter. Summers definitely leave something to be desired, though, and with fewer than 1,500 annual sunshine hours it's hard to rate the climate higher than a D.

Going down to a C+ rating from B+...too wet/cloudy, not that cold in winter.
