Synopsis: Quick moving cold snap this weekend bringing overcast skies and high winds tomorrow before temps rebound and sunny skies return. Signs of a late season heatwave beginning to build towards the middle of next week with highs in the 80's likely as we move towards next weekend along with an intrusion of subtropical moisture

September 2024 in Arcleo City was quite an exciting month. First, tropical storm Iris brought sustained high winds and heavy rain to the area for a weekend, with peak sustained wind speeds over 70 km/h. The precipitation total for the month was more than double the normal amount, in what is already one of the wettest months. While there were a few unusually hot days, the month was 1.6c below average overall, with the 30th coming within a fraction of a degree of both the September record low and record coldest high. Oceanicville September 2024 SummarySeptember 2024 was of average temperature, but was the driest September on record. September has been a very dry month generally here since records began, and this continued the trend. There were a couple of warm days, both which featured thunderstorms, albeit weak ones. The biggest thunderstorm occurred on 7th, with hailstones and heavy rain. Most of the month was uneventful and comfortable as typical in our wonderful climate.
