Wow, Paris looks extremely warm for its standards.
Buenos Aires Central Observatory yearly averages were 18.4°C (7th warmest) and 829 mm (15th driest). Pretty forgettable year in every sense of the word.

Le Crummary du 2020 Dickcember (Anal) à la Colline des ChasseursLe Crummary du 2020 Dickcember (Anal) à la Plantation de Pins du MaragleDickcember:Well below average in min temps, and slightly below in maxes. Shockingly, precip was also below average, thus making for a rare "cool + dry" combo. Overall an extremely boring and uneventful month, apart from a decent frontal event spanning the 06–08 of Dec (says a lot when a cold event was the only form of exciting weather in a summer month, hey). But perhaps of most prominent note this month…was the severe lack of any real heatwave whatsofuckanevah. Anal:Slightly above average in temps, moreso in minina. Wetter than average, but all pretty much due to April. Only had three seasons this year, as opposed to four—due to a shit house "winter" (particularly Jul). Snow cover one of the lowest on record in the region, i.e. the inland/western slopes of the Great Divide; due to a frequent reversal of the normal foehn wind track during winter (east to west, instead of west to east). Worse yet—extreme frequency of rainy days relative to total precip, and thus, lots of boring drizzle. Anomolies du Hommosex à la Colline des Chasseurs (Dickcember)• Mean Maximum: 22.4° C (–0.8° C) • Mean Minimum: 11.0° C (–1.2° C) • Precipitation: 63.4 mm (–14.3 mm) Anomolies du Hommosex à la Colline des Chasseurs (Anal)• Mean Maximum: 16.6° C (+0.1° C) • Mean Minimum: 8.3° C (+0.4° C) • Precipitation: 1,311.8 mm (+129.3 mm)

For December, -0.6C for highs and +0.7C for mins, average rainfall. Cloudiest December since 1965!, only ~39.2% of possible sunshine. For the year, slightly above average all up, but its the wettest year since 1990 and the cloudiest since 1992. It's so weird how the sunshine just wasn't there for so much of the year. Not that I'm complaining, it makes for a nice change from the excessively sunny years we've had lately.

Sheffield 2020 December and Annual Summary.
Let's start with December: December was below average in temperature, and likely duller than average - but it was most of all very wet with more than 50% the average rainfall. 6 days had sleet or snow.
Daily Data
Annual Data Below is a wikipedia style weatherbox for Sheffield's 2020:
2020 was milder than average, with a very mild January/February, a sunny mild spring, but a pathetically cold, cloudy and wet sCummer, which was also the cloudiest on record. At first it was all a joke that we might get a record cloudy summer after the "sunniest spring" on record but oh guess what? It actually went ahead and did it, in only true British weather spastic style.
2020 as a whole was cloudier and wetter than normal, and mild mostly due to mild winter/spring conditions.
Because I've only been here a month or so I'll also post the daily data for each month, it was MEANT to be in a spoiler but I fucked that up so it actually isn't (this is why I didn't do programming at school).
Headings:
PP = Precipitation Sl/Sn = Sleet/Snow TS = Thunder Storm RA = Rain GR/GS = Graupel/Hail P = Pressure
Other Locations
My former hometown of Buxton, Derbyshire.
Location where my Dad lives in SE England.

Buxton looks absolutely disgusting, even by Buxton standards!
London was only 0.2c away from being Trewartha subtropical this year.

Umeå Airport and Uni DecemberUmeå airport vs 1991-2020 (2010-2019) Average high: +3.7 (+3.4) Average low: +6.8 (+6.8) Mean (SMHI method): +4.6 (+4.3) Precipitation: 119% Sunshine vs 2002-2018 (no 1991-2020 released yet): 15% Very mild month, the warmest December of the 1991-2020 period. The record from 1929 was 1.5'C however, so no record. Almost as remarkable is the 3.8h of sunshine, all of which was recorded on the very first day of the month. A day earlier and we'd have had 0.0h, like many other sun stations in the country. Of the 31 days, only three days recorded zero precipitation, even though the month wasn't much wetter than normal in absolute terms. 2020
The warmest year ever, in Sweden overall, and in Umeå. The surplus wasn't as great as the southern half of the nordics, with the previous record of 5.5'C only getting beat by approximately 0.3'C. I say approximately because the airport station was offline for most May, and so the data I've entered for that month is interpolated from different nearby stations, compared to how much warmer or colder they usually are. I do believe I've got it down to a +/- 0.2'C confidence interval though. The only monthly temperature record we set however was January, by 0.2'C. Oh and we also broke the record for wettest October... Overall it's been very good weather year for Umeå. It's just a shame that we didn't get quite as lucky a draw as further south where they had a drier than average year compared to us who had one of the wettest years on record. They also were much more consistently warm, with summer being quite warm overall in most of southern Sweden, whereas it was very average here. Some stations have set I believe 4 different monthly heat records, and beat their old annual record by 1'C. But I guess beggars can't be choosers, and I should be happy with what I got.
