Been a while since I have posted in this thread. May 15th in Squamish. It was 15C and very windy. I'd guess sustained winds at 40 mph in open areas. No gusts really.  May 25th in North Vancouver (Deep Cove)  |

High/low of 83/68 with blue dome skies, perfect weather. Sadly it is the end of this dry stretch that has last since May 10. Vegetation looks good and Mediterranique as a result, I love the contrast between the green leaves and the brown/yellow grass. Hopefully the ground can stay parched after this weekend's rain event.  |

Taken at 00:36 exactly at local midnight.  Some pics from today:  We're still not fully leafed out. Most aspen appear completely bear, although some do have small red leaves.  Still snow piles here and there.  Golden multiple-hours  |

<3 red chesnuts  Park could have nice views over the city if it wasn't for this highway and that sort of no man's land next to it.  Everything's nice and green.  Holy fuck this is a nightmare. Hopefully it dies right in the ass next winter.  Nice house for tree huggers. One can only access it by boat too.  Nice weather. This warmth-starved Parisian would've sworn it was in the upper 20s without looking at a thermometer.  |

Today is a beautiful blue dome day. It wasn't super warm this morning when I took these, only 16C, but we're supposed to get up to 24C this afternoon.  |

Pleasant day today by end of May standards. May not get above 80F with dewpoint in the 50's. Corn field.  Some newly planted crops. I think farmers were delayed by wet conditions the past two months.  A bayou.  |

Some more spring-like pics from May 29th. Temp was 20C.  Otter eating a fresh crab  Went up to the remains after the otter left  Nice day to say the least...  I like this tree but not sure what it is.  Looks kinda subtropical?  Weird plant. No idea what it is.  Cottonwood trees shitting everywhere. The ground should be dark.  Fucking shit was blowing in the air so much. It was like snow but more annoying. Cool to look at when falling though.   |

🖕🏿Mörön🖕🏿 that looks like a wood horsetail (or other close relative). Very common around here.
