M a r c h 2021 S u m m a r y
I was originally going to say what a boring, shitty month it was, but the last few days changed that a bit with a brief mild spell. The month started very cold, and was quite dreary a lot of the time, but became milder in the second half, with the warm blip at the end. Rain was average, sun hours will be updated later when the Met Office publicises them.

Yayyyy, Seoul finally beat out Paris in March in terms of average highs
Also this is the second warmest March that I've experienced in my life, after March 2012 of course

Melbourne Airport March 2021 Summary:
Average max: 22.5°C (-1.9°C) Average mean: 17.3°C (-1.3°C) Average min: 12.0°C (-0.8°C) Max high: 31.0°C (12th) Max low: 17.2°C (2nd) Min high: 17.4°C (13th) Min low: 7.0°C (30th) Precipitation: 46.4mm (123.7% of avg. precip) Precip days: 16 Precip days (>1mm): 8 Sun hours: 161.4hrs (71.6% of avg sun) Highest wind gust: 59km/h from the NNE (13th) Short summary: This is, all aspects considered, the worst March I have experienced here. It didn't even feel real at some points. Some of the British members would call this a good September, but it's awful for here. Cloudiest by a mile, and most rain days on record (probably, I haven't checked thoroughly though). I thought last year was bad... but fuck. This is a new level of shit. Interestingly, a complete lack of wind as well. Only noticed it now when looking at BoM's summary. Fun fact: 3rd lowest March average maximum at the airport. PWS:Going to begin making these monthly charts for the PWS as well.

Farch 2021 Aeroforte Du' RenmarkThat's a nice graph jgtheone , how did you make it? A nondescript crummary for a nondescript month. Please note that there were fuck all storms as per fuck. I could invest a lot of time in being pissed off in my crummary here, but at this point, I mean, this month, was, was just not worth it. I would just be sounding like a broken record, and I cannot degenerate myself to the level of this crummer, and what I mean by that, is that the hideous below avg shit has been a broken record since November. I am too exhausted at this point, from work, and the continual 3 month long crummer rage I just endured, to be properly enraged. The fact that the core months are over plays a part too, and the fact that a gay month in my climate is an epic month in Southern Victoria and SE SA. Amonolies high: -1.2C low: -0.5C rain: -2.5mm

March 2021 in London. A dry and cloudy month with average temperatures, though managed to record the warmest March temp on record at Heathrow. *Sunshine hours are estimated corrected values.

March 2021 VERY warm, kind of dry, lack of snow or snow cover. Wasn't too mad about it after the awesome winter we had, and had 2 warm 70F days in there as well

March was absolutely fantastic, the best one since probably 2012. We were mostly well above average throughout the month except for the odd day here and there. We did get a snow storm near the end of the month as well as a couple mildly snowy days earlier on, but otherwise it was a very dry and sunny month. Although it should be noted that Environment Canada seems to have undercounted the precipitation - the couple of snowy days we had before the snow storm did not register any precipitation even though there obviously was some. Average high: 4.4C (normal: -0.3C) Average low: -8.3C (normal: -10.5C) Mean temperature: -2.0C (normal: -5.4C) Warmest high: 18.2C (March 28th) Warmest low: 0.9C (March 28th) Coldest high: -5.1C (March 30th) Coldest low: -20.5C (March 11th) Precipitation: 1.3mm (normal: 15.6mm) Precipitation days: 2 (normal: 8.3) Sunshine stats will be out in a few days and I imagine it was a fair bit above average as the first three weeks or so felt like uninterrupted sunshine.

^ I'd honestly be annoyed as fuck to have March colder than January even if it's relatively mild, typical of the shitty ass seasonal lag of Mediterranean climates. Lol
