Falklands. A bit colder, but much more sun and less rain - worthwhile trade for me.

I'll go with Orkney. Oceanic vs polar climate. I would even choose Orkney over here. I would rather have no snow in winter than warmer june-august. Having almost no snow in winter and be able to cycle and run outside year round would be great, even though it's probably windy and rainy.
