I don't have any internet on my desktop computer yet, so I've been playing TheHunter Call of the Wild since I already had it downloaded on my computer. Also, it's a really nice game. It's a hunting simulator with absolutely stunning graphics (and dynamic weather for you nerds out there). I used to play it two years ago when I lived with my parents. Back then there were only two maps. Now there are 5. I actually downloaded the new 2019 version with all the updates and DLCs to my phone via Wifi and then transfered it to my computer via USB lol. Been really excited to play it now that I have a ton of extra content. Great game. You should check it out. Very meditating and satisfying. Slow-paced but extremely rewarding when you down a huge buck. Some in-game screenshots. Truly one of the most beautiful games I've ever played!

I was playing Xenonauts and Space Hulk quite a lot last month. Then focussed solely on Xenonauts. Such a good game, much closer to the original X-COM games than the 2012 remake. Xenonauts 2 is due out very soon too, so I will purchase that.

You must have a good computer if it can handle that on good settings. You should try Red Dead Redemption 2, aside from being a great game the visuals are possibly the best I've seen.

I planned to become more productive during this lockdown, and I have been. I've now invented a rocket made out of a tree stump!

I feel like I often first get games a long time after they come out. Like I first played Skyrim last summer. But then I forgot how to best achieve my goals, so I lost interest when I tried to pick it back up recently.

Ariete is a Russian Alcoholic, have you already bought Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020? I've watched some youtube videos about it, and damn it looks nice. I don't think I'll buy it as the full version is €120 and a decent joystick with separate throttle is like €150. Pedals, another €150.

I bought Yakuza 0 a couple of months ago, but only played a couple times and then got too busy. I have a week off next week so I will be playing it a bit more.

Lol, I've seen videos of those glitchy towers popping up in random places. There's one in the northern suburbs of Melbourne I think, the Fawkner Citadel

I watched one where the guy attempted to land on the glitchy Melbourne skyscraper and after like 50 attempts he actually did it.

Oh yeah I've seen MS Flight Simulator. Truly spectacular, to the point where some of the vids and screenshots are almost indistinguishable from real life. I'm going to have to start saving up for a proper gaming rig, my laptop ain't running that! Full version I believe is something like $170, fuck that really isn't much considering. The cost of the full program is tiny compared to what I will have to spend on hardware to be able to run it. $170 is more or less spare change. Getting FSX up to near that level with addons would literally cost into the thousands. Only thing is, while I haven't researched, but apparently, to generate the environment, one needs an internet connection? I am on a 120gig/month plan, if that is not enough well then I am screwed. I remember when I first got given FS2002 for Christmas and how epic it was to have trees and buildings in the evironment! Video comparing FSX to the new MSFS. Wasn't that long ago when FSX was cutting edge
