A cold and cloudy day is twice as uncomfortable and miserable as a cold sunny day all else equal. Literally nothing worse than a combo of ugly lead gray skies and uncomfortable cold shit.
Oftentimes I'll actually find myself thinking it's 7-8 AM when in fact it's 11 AM on a disgusting insipid dark cold overcast day
